Description
SCR/NOx Emulator Kit 10x includes ten SCR modules. SCR Emu modules designed to override electronic control of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system that uses diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) in trucks, buses, and other heavy vehicles. By overriding SCR system, it cuts of DEF liquid injection, emulates data of NOx sensor (depending on device type and truck model). Emulator bypasses ECU of SCR ultimately, there will be no diagnostic errors (DTC) in OBD system, a vehicle will not lose engine power, and there will be no black smoke from exhaust or any problems with gearbox limp mode. SCR/NOx Emulator is a simple CAN type module that appears in your truck CAN system as original SCR ECU module, and there is no need for special tools or programming skills to install this device on your vehicle. This electronic module works automatically without interruption to other systems of the truck. There are few types of devices, and you need to choose on that is compatible with your vehicles. We will provide all necessary information about the installation and usage of these devices.
SCR Emulators
- EURO 6 SCR Emulator – fixed program supports EURO 6 trucks made by Volvo and Iveco. Emulates SCR system and NOx sensor completely.
- V4 module – fixed or programmable (depends on purchased quantity per order) supports Volvo, Renault (DXi/Magnum), MAN, Iveco and DAF (XF/LF with Grundfos) trucks. Emulates SCR system and NOx sensor altogether. The system can be damaged, or inoperative, DTC errors will be cleaned out from OBD.
- V4 module (Volvo version) – it is the same V4 version, but every module comes with Volvo plug for fast direct connection.
- V5 module – fixed or programmable (depends on purchased quantity per order) supports DAF, MAN, Iveco, Renault, Volvo, and FORD trucks. Emulates SCR system and NOx sensor altogether. The system can be damaged or inoperative.
